At Meruki Brand, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure our customers’ satisfaction. We understand that sometimes situations may arise that require returns or refunds. Below we present our detailed policy in this regard:
Returns:
1. Return Period:
Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.
2. Return Conditions:
Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
All original accessories and manuals must be included.
Personalized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
3. Return Process:
To start the return process, the customer must contact our customer service at help@merukibrand.com.
A return authorization number will be provided and must be clearly included on the return package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there is an error on Meruki Brand’s part.
4. Inspection and Approval:
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. The approval of the return will be subject to verification of the conditions mentioned above.
5. Refund:
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method.
The customer must pay the fees and/or bank charges derived from the return of the amount to their original payment method.
